Xiem Dwarf coconut consists of three major groups, including the Xiem Red, Xiem Green, and Xiem Luc coconuts. Coconut water of Xiem variety has a delicate sweetness, high nutritional contents, making it highly popular for consumption as refreshing drinks and for food processing in both domestic uses and international exports.
